Professional Team and experience
The Firm is led by its Director and Founder, Mokgadi Mogokare who is an Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer with a vast experience in commercial litigation, debt collection, contract drafting and negotiation of contracts. She also served as a Magistrate of the District Court and further served on different Committees and Boards for both private and public institutions.
Over the years the Firms has served its clients in corporate litigation, legal and advisory, governance and compliance, business and risk management.
The Firm always assign suitable legal professionals including Advocates, Researchers and other relevant support and administrative staff to deal with specific assignment in accordance with the client’s needs
